Founder, Yoga Instructor & Retreat Guide

A longtime Arizona resident since 1992, Chelsea Brooks has a passion for golf, hiking, and all things outdoors. Combining these loves with yoga has been a dream come true, inspiring her to co-create Luxe Tees and Trails—a retreat experience designed exclusively for women. As both hiking guide and yoga instructor, Chelsea invites participants to reconnect with nature through grounding excursions and mindful movement.

Chelsea has been leading, co-leading, and teaching on international yoga retreats since 2021. Certified as a 500-hour yoga teacher since 2017, she brings over 30 years of personal yoga practice to every retreat experience. With advanced training in several fields, including I AM Yoga Nidra®, Chelsea offers inclusive, deeply restorative, and empowering sessions tailored to women of all backgrounds and abilities. Yoga Nidra, a profound guided meditation practice without physical movement, supports healing from stress, anxiety, trauma, and fatigue.

In addition to her wellness expertise, Chelsea is a seasoned entrepreneur, owning and operating a successful Arizona-based marketing company for over 20 years. Coupled with 25+ years of hospitality experience, she brings polished professionalism and heartfelt care to every aspect of Luxe Tees and Trails.

Chelsea shares a deep and lasting friendship with fellow founders Elizabeth DeLuca and Wendi Brown. Chelsea and Elizabeth’s bond spans over 35 years, beginning with a cross-country road trip and continuing through a lifelong friendship. Chelsea met Wendi through professional circles five years ago, and their fast friendship, along with a shared love of golf and retreats, enriches the spirit of Luxe Tees and Trails.

With a warm and welcoming presence, Chelsea curates every retreat as a space for women to breathe, move, grow, and restore—on and off the mat.

Elizabeth is an entrepreneur, adventurer, and proud mother of seven boys—each of whom shares her love for golf. Over the years, she has built and led multiple successful businesses, all fueled by her passion for creating meaningful experiences and living life with purpose.

With more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, Elizabeth’s heart has always been in bringing people together. Luxe Tees & Trails is a natural extension of her lifestyle—a luxury retreat experience that indulges her passion for golf, hiking, and holistic wellness, while fostering meaningful, lasting connections among women who value the same.

The vision for Luxe Tees & Trails came to life alongside two extraordinary women—Chelsea and Wendi. Elizabeth and Chelsea have shared a bond for over 35 years, beginning their adventures just after high school with a cross-country drive that led them to plant roots in Arizona in 1992. Wendi, a strong entrepreneur and Scottsdale native, brought her vibrant energy and deep local insight to the vision.

The common denominator among the three founders has always been a shared love for golf, luxury, wellness, and authentic connection. Together, they set out to create something more—an elevated escape that blends their passions into an unforgettable, transformative experience. Luxe Tees & Trails is where luxury meets intention: a curated, soul-enriching space for women who crave more than just a retreat. Every detail is designed to inspire, restore, and connect—on the course, on the trail, and within.

Founder • Scottsdale Native • Lifestyle & Culture Curator

Wendi is a third-generation Scottsdale, Arizona native whose family settled in the area in the 1940s. Growing up surrounded by cattle and horse farms, she was immersed in the rich Western and Native American heritage that has shaped Scottsdale’s identity. Proud of her hometown, Wendi is passionate about sharing its history, culture, and beauty with others.

A successful entrepreneur for over 35 years, Wendi has worked alongside some of Arizona’s most elite companies, building a reputation for excellence and integrity. Her professional path led her to meet Chelsea over five years ago, sparking both a strong business connection and a cherished friendship. In recent years, her bond with Elizabeth has grown into another invaluable relationship.

Together, Wendi, Chelsea, and Elizabeth are three powerhouse women who bring vision, drive, and heart to every endeavor they pursue. By sharing their Scottsdale with guests, Wendi hopes to leave visitors with a true appreciation for why it has become a world-renowned travel destination.
