  • While we do not provide alcohol as part of the retreat experience, guests are welcome to enjoy it responsibly at their discretion. Our focus is on wellness, connection, and presence—but we honor your personal choices.

  • Additional Requests.

      additional nights, Ubers or transfers outside of the set itinerary are not included.

Cancellation Terms

 

Unused Services:
All tour features and components that are unused or partially used are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any absence from all or any portion of the tour once it has commenced.  This includes, but is not limited to, missed meals, golf outings, sightseeing excursions, transportation, or any other activities included in the tour itinerary.

  • 90 Days Prior Departure
    You will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

​

  • 60 days prior to departure: No cash refund, but a credit will be issued for use toward any future Luxe Tees and Trails event, less the non-refundable deposit.

​​

  • 30 days No refunds will be issued for cancellations.
